The department organized a Party Day event themed “September 18.”

On September 18, 1931, an explosion in the northern suburbs of Shenyang rent the night sky. Japanese aggressors blew up a section of the South Manchurian Railway near Liutiaohu, then falsely accused the Chinese army of the act. They subsequently shelled Beidaying, triggering the Mukden Incident, which sent shockwaves throughout China and the world. Over the following fourteen years, the land was torn apart, and the people fought with blood and fire.

Ninety-five years have passed, yet the warning bell still rings. On the eve of the 95th anniversary of the Mukden Incident, the grassroots Party branches of Tianjin Dagou Chemical Co., Ltd. have organized a series of themed Party‑day activities, drawing strength to forge ahead by studying important speeches, watching documentaries, virtually touring exhibitions, and discussing their sense of responsibility—each step a reflection on history.
