Addressing issues of particular concern to female employees—such as fostering a positive family ethos, improving parent–child communication, and enhancing spousal dialogue—Yuan Xianghua emphasized the importance of mutual understanding, mutual respect, and shared responsibility among family members in creating a warm and harmonious home environment. She also introduced practical approaches for managing family relationships and cultivating psychological well-being.
The lecture was held in a lively atmosphere, with female employees listening attentively and actively participating in the interactive sessions. Attendees noted that the content was highly practical and relevant, equipping them with concrete strategies for managing work-related stress while also gaining fresh insights into fostering healthy family relationships.
