The Discipline Inspection Commission of Dagou Chemical has issued a “Letter on Integrity” to the families of all Party members and cadres.
A short note carries deep affection and conveys the spirit of integrity; family and enterprise join forces to build a line of defense. Recently, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Dagou Chemical launched an initiative to send letters on integrity to the families of Party members and cadres at the section‑level and above, using paper to express heartfelt sentiments and letters to promote廉洁 values. This effort has forged a communication bridge between the company and its employees’ families, strengthening the safeguards against corruption for Party members and cadres.
A total of 148 letters on integrity were distributed during this event. To ensure that messages of ethical conduct are conveyed accurately and implemented effectively, a categorized receipt‑signing mechanism was adopted to address varying circumstances. This meticulous approach has prevented one‑size‑fits‑all or perfunctory approaches to integrity education, enabling tailored strategies and targeted, sustained engagement, thereby enhancing the relevance and practical impact of such initiatives.
The family is a vital cornerstone of building a culture of integrity, and family members are a key force in resisting corruption and preventing misconduct. The issuance of these letters on integrity to families represents an important step taken by Dagou Chemical to extend integrity education into the home and strengthen family‑based education and ethical conduct. By using “letters from home” to reinforce integrity, the organization integrates institutional oversight with familial support, extending integrity education beyond the eight‑hour workday. This approach guides Party members and cadres, together with their families, to remain true to their original aspirations and build a robust line of defense, thereby comprehensively weaving a dual safeguard of integrity that spans both the workplace and the home.
Going forward, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Dagou Chemical will take this as a new starting point, introducing more innovative initiatives that are both empathetic and grounded in reality, resonating with employees.
