Dagou Chemical Makes Its Debut at the Harbin Trade Fair, Opening New Opportunities to Deepen China–Russia Economic and Trade Cooperation.

From May 17 to 21, the 35th Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair was held with great fanfare in Harbin. The foreign trade sales team of Tianjin Dagou Chemical Co., Ltd. attended the event by invitation, actively participating in the China–Russia B2B direct procurement matchmaking session. Leveraging its brand strength and product advantages, the company made a prominent appearance on the China–Russia economic and trade stage, officially embarking on a new chapter in its market expansion strategy in Russia.

This session of the Harbin Trade Fair is themed… “ Trust, Cooperation, Win-Win ” With the theme of advancing northward openness and industrial innovation, the China–Russia B2B Direct Procurement Matchmaking Event— an important ancillary activity of the Harbin Trade Fair—brought together Russia’s five major chambers of commerce and industry, along with more than 50 leading procurement entities, covering key sectors such as energy, chemicals, and equipment manufacturing, thereby establishing an efficient and pragmatic platform for exchanges between Chinese and Russian enterprises.

At the matchmaking meeting, Dagu Chemical’s foreign trade team held in-depth discussions with representatives from the Togliatti Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chelny Chamber of Commerce and Industry along the Kama River, focusing on promoting its flagship product, transparent ABS resin (MABS). The two sides engaged in thorough exchanges regarding product technical specifications, application scenarios, and customized requirements. To ensure smooth execution of business operations, the company has opened a bank account capable of receiving U.S. dollar remittances from Russia, thereby establishing a reliable payment‑collection channel. In addition, the company employs road transport and FCA (Free Carrier) terms: Russian customers arrange for their own vehicles to pick up goods directly from the plant and export them via Xinjiang border crossings, laying a solid, traceable foundation for securing future orders and fostering long-term cooperation.

This participation in the Harbin International Trade Fair marks an important step for Dagou Chemical as it deepens its presence in the Russian market and accelerates its internationalization strategy. Leveraging this matchmaking event, the company’s foreign‑trade sales team will continue to follow up on Russian partners’ expressions of interest, refine product alignment and service offerings, and capitalize on its end‑to‑end strengths in technology, production capacity, and brand reputation to further expand into the Russian and broader Eurasian markets. In doing so, the company aims to help “Made in China” reach the global stage and usher in a new chapter in the international development of a leading Chinese chemical enterprise.
