The company organized a psychological seminar for employees
In order to better protect the mental health of the workers, guide the workers to reasonably adjust the psychological stress resistance, improve the mental flexibility of the workers, solve the psychological confusion, and do a good job in emotion management and benign interpersonal communication, on the afternoon of August 7, the company's labor union and human resources department jointly held a seminar on the mental health of the workers and the construction of family civilization.
In order to better protect the mental health of workers, guide workers to reasonably regulate the psychological stress resistance, improve their psychological resilience, solve psychological confusion, and do a good job in emotional management and benign interpersonal communication, on the afternoon of August 7, the company's labor union and human resources department jointly held a lecture on workers' mental health and family civilization construction. More than 80 people attended the lecture, including secretaries, political and labor officers, labor officers, trainers and new college students in 2024 of each operation department, functional department and subordinate companies of the company.
Ltd., a special lecturer, psychotherapist, member of Dual Heart Professional Committee of Tianjin Medical and Healthcare Society, and Tianjin health education expert, Workshed Xianghua, was invited to give a mental health lecture entitled “How to Improve Mental Resilience” to the staff in Lingang Lecture Hall.
Director Worksop gave a patient and detailed explanation on four aspects of psychological problems, including sources of conflicts, defense mechanisms, improving frustration tolerance, and cultivating “psychological resilience”, and introduced several simple and easy-to-learn methods of stress relief and tips for improving psychological resilience.
Participating employees said that the lecture was instructive, practical and targeted, and they gained a lot, which enabled them to master the skills of finding the source of pressure at work, learn the methods of catharsis and expression of anger, and master the effective strategies of benign communication.
In the next step, the company's labor union will continue to pay attention to the mental health and physical state of the workers during the post, put the workers' care action into practice, organize and carry out a series of lectures on psychological services and family civilization building, help and guide the workers to establish a new concept of healthy life, and to devote themselves to their work and life with a more positive state of mind and a more full of spirit.
