In her address, Jing Zhonghui fully commended the remarkable achievements made in Party building at Dagou Chemical and put forward three recommendations for the next phase of work. She emphasized the need to continuously strengthen foundational training in Party building, focusing on enhancing the professional competence and overall quality of grassroots cadres, and to advance the standardized and规范ized development of primary-level Party organizations in a thorough and practical manner. She also stressed the importance of paying close attention to risks in the ideological sphere, closely monitoring online public opinion trends, and establishing sound mechanisms for early warning, analysis, and emergency response, thereby resolutely fortifying the ideological security defense. Furthermore, she underscored the necessity of steadfastly upholding Party leadership, integrating ideological and political work throughout the entire process of enterprise reform and development, effectively safeguarding corporate harmony and stability, and providing robust ideological and political support for the company’s high-quality growth.

Zhang Jingzhi fully commended the secretaries of grassroots Party organizations for their unity and leadership in enabling Party members to serve as strong bastions of combat and exemplary pioneers over the past year, and set forth clear requirements for Party building work in 2026. He pointed out that 2026 marks the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, during which the company has defined its development direction and objectives under the “Three Ones” initiative. All levels of Party organizations are called upon to advance comprehensive progress in grassroots Party building, ensuring that Party‑building capabilities are robust and well‑rounded, thereby providing a solid organizational guarantee for the company’s high‑quality development. He emphasized that Party organizations at all levels must focus on political guidance, shoulder their primary responsibility, and consistently place the Party’s political development first. They should integrate Party‑building efforts with core business tasks, planning and deploying them in tandem to ensure that all decisions and arrangements made by higher‑level Party organizations are effectively implemented. They must also zero in on identified problems and shortcomings, rigorously close the loop on corrective actions: establish detailed lists for issues uncovered through self‑inspections and inspections, and adopt a closed‑loop management model encompassing reporting, evaluation, rectification, and oversight. Furthermore, they should strengthen the foundations of Party organization, enhance organizational functions, and steadily advance the standardization and regularization of grassroots Party organizations, strictly enforcing fundamental systems such as the “Three Meetings and One Lesson.” In tackling urgent, difficult, dangerous, and critical tasks, Party members must demonstrate their sense of responsibility and commitment. Additionally, they should pursue integration and empowerment, deepening the practice of “Party Building Plus” to embed Party‑building initiatives into key areas such as the advancement of major projects, the enhancement of grassroots governance, and the reinforcement of safety safeguards, thus transforming the advantages of Party building into drivers of development. Finally, they must uphold a rigorous and pragmatic work style, cultivate and put into practice a correct view of performance, strengthen measures to prevent integrity risks, and foster a clean, upright, and action‑oriented atmosphere characterized by dedication and accountability.

Following the meeting, all participants conducted a democratic evaluation of the performance of the secretaries of the directly affiliated primary-level Party organizations in leading grassroots Party-building work.

A total of 49 participants attended the meeting, including members of the company’s Party Committee, secretaries of directly affiliated primary-level Party organizations, secretaries of Party branches under the headquarters, as well as representatives of Party members and the general public.
