Implementing Rules for the Management of Key Special Projects of National
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) issued and implemented the Implementing Rules for the Management of Key Special Projects of National Key R&D Programs under the Primary Responsibility of MIIT.
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has issued and implemented the Implementing Rules for the Management of Key Special Projects of the National Key Research and Development Program under the Responsibility of MIIT to ensure the smooth implementation of the relevant key projects and to realize efficient, scientific, standardized and fair management.
The Implementing Rules make it clear that the key projects under the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology focus on the high-tech fields that will give birth to future and emerging industries and accelerate the formation of new productivity, focus on the in-depth integration of science and technology innovation and industrial innovation, increase high-quality scientific and technological supply, strengthen the status of enterprises as the main body of scientific and technological innovation, and promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements.
According to the implementation rules, each key special combined with the special features and implementation needs, through competition and selection, directional commissioning, phased rolling support and other project selection methods, to determine the project undertaking units on a nationwide basis, to take the “list of commanding officer”, “horse racing system”, “chain master”, “chain master”, “chain master”, “chain master”, “chain master”, “chain master”, “chain master” and “chain master”.
